Dips & Spreads (including jam)

A hybrid of many recipes.

Ingredients

2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 onion, diced

2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

2 tblsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tblsp. sour cream

splash of hot pepper sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions

Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks.

Stir in salt.

Stir in garlic, tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, sour cream, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
